Lock Or Unlock Formula

Formula is one of the best ways to do mathematical calculations. Microsoft Office has packed this feature in its Excel and we can also use it with the Table Tools options in any of the office programs.

We can lock a formula when we want no others to change the structure of the formula. We can lock a formula to prevent updates to its result and can also unlock a locked formula.


Lock a Formula:    Select the formula and then press CTRL+F11.
Unlock a locked formula:    Select the locked formula and then press CTRL+F11
