Quick Find Highlighted Text

In Microsoft Word 2007 and 2010 we can find the highlighted text where ever the  word may be.

 To Find Selected text: 

1) On the Home tab, in the Editing group, click Find.

2) If you don't see the Format button, click More.
3) Click Format, and then click Highlight.


 
4) Click Find Next.

Backup is the most important to restore in case of formatting the computer. I suggest getting an external hard drive or even better, get a NAS with RAID1. Use the Windows backup or purchase a backup software to automate it.
