Create A Form Using Table Or Query

In Microsoft Access we can create a form in many ways. One of the simplest ways is to go to the database main window and create a form.

To create a Form:

  • In the Database window, click Forms Button image under Objects.
  • Click the New button on the Database window toolbar.
  • In the New Form dialog box, click the wizard that you want to use, a description of the wizard appears  in the left side of the dialog box.
  • Click the name of the table or other record source that includes the data you want to base your form on.
Forms helps us gathering data from all the tables and records which will collect the data directly.
