Slides Are Not Printing in Color

In Microsoft Power point sometimes we may not be able to print the slides in color or preview them in color. We can easily overcome it by making a simple adjustment.

It happens like this, slides that should preview and print in color are showing in grayscale or black and white instead.

Cause :

If a grayscale printer is selected, we can print color slides only in grayscale or black and white, and therefore we can preview them only in the same way. So we need to check which printer we have selected.

Resolution :

1) If we have a color printer, select it.
2) On the File menu, click Print.
3) Under Printer, in the Name list, click the color printer, and then click OK.

It works the same with Power point 2007 and 2010.
