Brightness is one of the characteristics of a picture that will have an impact on its display and will also help in visibility of a picture. Power point has an option to change it when we use a photo album option.
To increase or decrease brightness:
1) Open the photo album you want to make changes to.
2) On the Format menu, click Photo Album.
3) In the Format Photo Album dialog box, under Pictures in album, select the picture you want to adjust, and then do one or both of the following:

Click on an Icon that has a sun icon with an upward arrow to increase the brightness.
Click on an Icon that has a sun icon with an downward arrow to decrease the brightness.
