Move A Picture In A Photo Album

While working with photo albums in power point, we will have to get the photos in order. When we place them in disorder we can move them up or down to get them sorted.

 

To move pictures in Photo album: 

• Open the photo album you want to make changes to.
• On the Format menu, click Photo Album.
• In the Format Photo Album dialog box, under Pictures in album, select a picture or text box, and then click Move Up  or Move Down .

Move Down

• Click Update.
