Microsoft Office has provided a feature that has all media embedded in one option. We can insert pictures, videos, Audio and Illustrations. All the Office programs Word, Excel, Power point, outlook have this feature in them.
Steps to Insert Clipart:
1) Click on Insert Menu and Clip art on Illustrations ribbon
2) We will have a drop down at the right where we have three options-
a) Illustrations: It will insert predefined illustrations on to the document.
b) Photographs: Insert pictures
c) Videos: Inserts videos
d) Audio: Inserts audio files present on the system
3) Check mark on an option to insert the selected file on to the document.
This feature has been there in all the versions of Microsoft Office.
