LineSpacing in word 2007 and 2010

If you’ve switched to MS Word 2007 or 2010 from an earlier version, you’ll undoubtedly notice there is more space between lines of text by default. Here we’ll take a look at how to customize the line spacing in Word 2007 & 2010.

In word 2003, default line spacing is set to 1.0, when it is upgraded to word 2007 and 2010 default line spacing is set to 1.15.

In Word 2007 it can be changed from the following option.

we can choose the size that we wish to set between two lines in the document. For this to happen we need to select the paragraph and have to change the spacing. we can even right click on the select Paragraph option and can change the spacing.

In 2010, it is similar to 2007 version we can change the line spacing using the options under home tab.
