Templates in Microsoft Office 2007 and 2010

We may need to create documents in a very short time then we need to be equipped with Office 2007 and 2010 that has templates which help us in making our project faster successfully. 

The process is relatively simple, but finding a Template that works with what the requirements of the company is the important and the hardest part. The good thing  is there are several templates to choose from, in Word 2010, available for almost any situation you need. There are a lot of Templates  from a simple calendar to brochures, resumes, holiday cards and more.

Steps to Insert a template to write a Thank you letter :

1) Click on File Menu  and New

2) Choose a template that states thank you envelope.

3) When you double click on the template we get the following slide added to the empty Document.

It works in similar way in Excel as well as PowerPoint and in 2007 and 2010 versions.
