Save Graphics In .PNG Format

In Microsoft Office 2003 we have an option to save graphics in .PNG format while browsing on internet. This feature is applicable to Microsoft Word, Excel and Access of Office 2003.
 

1) On the Tools menu, click Options.

2) Click the General tab, and then click Web Options.

3) Click the Browsers tab and under Options, select the Allow PNG as a graphics format check box.

This will allow the pictures to be saved in PNG format.
