Set Defaults For Auto Shape

Auto Shapes are the styles that we can insert to make the document look more presentable and it solves the purpose. In Microsoft  Word 2003 there is a way where we can keep the default style for Auto shapes.

To Set Defaults for Auto Shape Style:

1) Select the picture that has the attributes you want to use as the default.

2) On the Drawing toolbar, click Draw, and then click Set AutoShape Defaults.

This can be done even for pictures in the same way in Microsoft Word 2007 and 2010 versions
