Modify Hyperlink Of A Label, Picture

When we want to modify the hyperlink of a label or picture of a command button in Microsoft Access we may change either the text or the address that hyperlink points to.

To change the hyperlink of the text or label or a picture:

1) Open the form or report in Design view.

2) Right-click the label, image control, or command button to display the shortcut menu. On the shortcut menu, point to Hyperlink, and then click Edit Hyperlink.

3) In the Edit Hyperlink dialog box, click an option under Link to, and then fill in the information required for that option. In the Text to display box, type the text has to be displayed in the control.

4) Click ScreenTip, and type the text that has to appear when the user rests the pointer on the hyperlink. If we leave the ScreenTip text box blank, Access displays the hyperlink address, the name of the database object, or the e-mail address as the ScreenTip.
