Troubleshoot Incomplete Graphic

When we insert a graphic sometimes it appears only a part appears and it may reinsert the picture in same way if we remove and re-insert it. This can happen in any of the Microsoft Word programs.

Reason:

The line spacing in the document may be set to an exact amount that is smaller than the height of the graphic.

Troubleshoot:

1) Select the graphic, click Paragraph on the Format menu, and then click the Indents and Spacing tab

2) In the Line spacing box, click Single. If you select Exactly in the Line spacing box, be sure to increase the measurement in the At box to the height of the graphic.
