Hide Columns In Microsoft Excel 2003

In Microsoft Excel we may need to take print of adjacent columns and we don't want to delete the columns in between. In this situation we may hide the columns we don't want to print and can take the print without those columns very easily.

To hide columns in Excel 2003:

1) Select all the columns that are not to be printed by holding CTRL and click on them.

2) Click Format Menu and Column and Hide

Then the columns selected will be hidden and will not be printed. We can see a grey highlighting in a line between the adjacent columns.

This can be done even for a row as well and in higher versions as well.
