Create A Form In Design View

We can create forms even in Design View while entering the data in to the database. Here we can create fields and enter data as well.

To create a from in Design view in Microsoft Access  2003:

1) In the Database window, click Forms under Objects.

 

2) Click the New button on the Database window toolbar.

 

3) In the New Form dialog box, click Design View.
