Word Count in Microsoft Word 2010

When we are writing an article or an Essay that has some restriction in word count we have to have some thing that will count the number of words in the document. In Microsoft Word we have an option called Word count that will count number of words, pages, characters with and without spaces, Paragraphs and Lines.

In Microsoft Word 2010:

1) Click on Document
2) Click on Review Menu and on word Count on Proofing Ribbon

3) When we click on Word Count we will get a dialog box in less than a minute giving all the details of the document.

This option is there in all the versions of Microsoft Word

How can you turn it off in Office Word 2003?
