Wrap Text in Excel 2007

At times we may need to enter long data in Microsoft Excel in a single cell. At that moment we may need need to expand the cell width or length which makes the sheet look irregular. This happens when the settings is not set to auto fit for cells or rows and columns. This is one of the best things







It can be done in the following way:
  • Select the cells you want to wrap.
  • Click on Home Tab and in the ribbon click on Wrap text.
  • It will wrap the text by increasing the height of the cell row.




After Wrapping


Method 2:

  • Select the cells you want to wrap and right click on the text.
  • Choose format cells
  • Click on Alignment Tab
  • Choose Wrap Text
  • This will wrap the text in cells.
