In Microsoft office programs we can easily see the recently used files and places that we have accessed on the computer. These files may be used to see the last document made, or for any kind of information.
To Change the Number of Files: - Click the File tab.
- Under Help, click Options.
- Click Advanced.
- Under Display, in the Show this number of Recent Documents list, click the number of files that you want to display.
This is possible in all the office programs; Word, Excel, Power point.
