Export Data to Different Databases

Access is a database tool from Microsoft that is very well compatible with all other databases and has become a important tool in Microsoft Office Suite. Microsoft Access 2010 comes with professional, professional plus, Academic and Enterprise Office Suites. There are a lot of other applications Access 2010 will let you export data, like text files, Word, a SharePoint List and more.

The Word Merge feature in Microsoft Access 2010 will help us in incorporating the database of addresses to be used in Mail Merge.

The drop down list under External Data Menu and on Import and Link tab has different database file formats.

Exporting it to outlook is very useful as the database addresses we have in Microsoft Access File gets the complete details in that contact.  We can Export it to Sharepoint database list, HTML document and even to a database file.
