Undo An Action In Microsoft Word

While working on Microsoft Office programs we may do a small mistake that we need to undo the last thing done. At that times we will need this option Undo that will undo the last action done on the Microsoft Word Document. But there are some things like commands on menus that cannot be undone.

There are several ways we undo an action:

1) Press 'Ctrl + Z' to undo the last action.
2) Using Quick Access Toolbar, clicking on the same icon

3) To undo several actions at the same time, click the arrow next to Undo Button image, select the actions in the list that you want to undo, and then click the list.

All of the actions that you selected are undone or reversed. This works the same way in applications like Excel, Power point, Access etc.
