In some part of the documentation we may insert pictures that will assist the readers in understanding the data we have scripted in it. And if we don't have the correct pictures we may need to take the screen shots of the application we are working on. Office 2010 has come with this feature of taking screen shots in its application.
Steps to take Screen Shots:
1) Click on Insert Menu and in Illustrations section click on screen shot.
2) we will see the available windows and open websites. Click on Screen Clipping below that available windows it will open the screen where it captures all the data inside the square box.
This is the way of taking screen clippings and it will place the clipping on the same document. This works the same way in Excel and Powerpoint as well.
